POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

HOURS OF OPERATION

Before care begins at 7:00 AM. Parents should send a message in the Brightwheel app to let staff know that the student is at the door. Because we are a third-party service provider, and we are operating before school hours, there is no one sitting at the front desk.

After care begins at the end of the school day and ends at 6:00 PM. Parents are expected to pick up promptly by 6:00 PM. At 6:05 PM we begin assessing a late fee of $1/minute until 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, if we have not heard from anyone, the student will be taken to the local police station. If contact is made, you will continue to incur the $1/minute fee until you arrive. The late fee must be paid with the next tuition payment. Failure to do so could result in suspension from the program.

PROGRAM CALENDAR
attendance

Our program operates on the days school are in session. On early dismissal days, students will begin after care at dismissal time at no extra charge. Drop-in on early dismissal days is more.

Our program is closed when school is closed.

Holidays/Breaks

When students are out of the program for an entire week (Christmas, Winter Break, and Spring Break) there is no charge.

When students attend 3 days or less, you will be charged part-time rates.

4+ day weeks are considered full-time.

Families will begin receiving invoices that reflect the start time chosen during registration.

You are responsible for the invoice even if the student does not attend with the exception of absences due to illness. A doctor's note is required in order for the fees to be waived.

After 3 suspensions due to late payment, the student will be permanently removed from our program for the remainder of the school year. Families that wish to return the following school year may be required to pay a higher deposit.
